In a 50-minute session one on one, I'll provide an overview of the exam essay and offer recommendations on how to write a successful response. The lesson, geared toward each student's specific knowledge and skill level, will be determined in the first minutes of the meeting. Following our discussion via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime, the student will write a practice essay—40 minutes for the ACT, 50 for the SAT (longer for each if allowed extended time). After receiving a scanned version of the handwritten essay by text, WhatsApp or email, I'll return it by the same method in a week or less with 30 minutes of written feedback.
