I love to work with high-school students to help them become better writers and stronger candidates for admission to college! Whether the challenge involves class writing assignments, college entrance-exam and application essays, or the learning curve of college selection, teachers, parents and students have valued my assistance.
BACKGROUND: I'm most proud, together with my wife, a college professor, to have raised a charming pair of Florida Gators in our village near the Hudson River. A Northwestern University art-history grad minoring in English literature, I worked for more than two decades overseas and in the U.S. as a writer, editor and operations manager in the fields of international business and website development. From 2004 until 2021, when its long-time owner retired, I was the writing instructor at highly regarded Young's Test Prep on Long Island.
